I’ve ordered from Dermstore a few times now, it’s been smooth. No strange issues, no sketchy packaging, and the products have always looked fresh and properly sealed, which is more than I can say for some beauty sites.
Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was reasonable. I also appreciated the order updates because they were clear and easy to follow, so I wasn’t left wondering where my stuff was.

Overall, I do trust Dermstore more than a lot of random skincare sites out there. Some places really make you question what you’re getting, but with Dermstore I feel comfortable ordering again.

Everything went pretty much how you’d expect. I got the emails on time, and the order updates were clear enough to know what was going on without having to chase anything down.

The points do add up after a while, so that part is nice. But the rewards themselves don’t really feel like this big perk unless you’re buying a lot of stuff. It’s okay to have and all that, just not something I get super excited about.

I was expecting another delivery to make me track it, follow up, and sit around waiting, but this one was easy. I ordered on Monday and the box was already at my door by Wednesday. Nice not having to deal with the usual hassle for once.

I’ve tried a few of their skincare products and some were good, but one of them felt kind of old or just didn’t do much. It wasn’t awful, just not as impressive as I expected for the price. I also wish they’d be clearer about what the products are actually supposed to do instead of making these vague promises that sound nice but don’t really mean much. Overall, it’s been a mixed experience.

I was able to pause my order and switch the dates without any hassle. It was straightforward and worked fine for me. That’s it.

I got my package, but two of the items were wrong?? Customer support did fix one of them, which was nice, but I still ended up having to reorder the other thing myself... Annoying, especially for what I paid!!!

Dermstore carries some solid brands, so I figured the selection would be reliable. But in my experience, it’s kind of hit or miss. A lot of the products I go looking for are either missing or out of stock, and there just aren’t as many choices as you’d expect. It’s fine for basic stuff, but common sense says if you can’t find what you need, you’re going to check other sites too.

I ordered a few skincare things from Dermstore, and the packaging was really solid. The box felt sturdy, there was plenty of padding, and nothing showed up leaking, crushed, or with those annoying smashed corners. I actually opened it on my kitchen counter while my coffee was getting cold, and everything looked neat and untouched.
I’ve definitely had orders from other places arrive looking like they got tossed around in the back of a truck, so this was a nice change. It wasn’t fancy or overdone, just clean, secure, and easy to unpack. My moisturizer, serum, and little sunscreen bottle all looked perfect, so I’d definitely order from them again...

I was getting impatient and just wanted the order canceled already, but they handled it really quickly without making me jump through hoops...

I ordered from Dermstore and they tossed a few free samples in the box, which was a nice little surprise tbh. Shipping was totally fine and everything was packed good, no leaks or anything weird. I always like getting to try stuff before buying the full size, so that was a plus. No issues with the order at all, happy overall.

I ended up ordering from dermstore after striking out at the usual places I check. I’ve been using the same EltaMD sunscreen for a while, and my sister had also gotten me hooked on this cleanser, so I was relieved to see both were actually in stock there.

Checkout was simple, and the confirmation came through right away. it was just nice not having to bounce between a bunch of sites to restock the products I already know work for me.

Customer service was genuinely helpful, no question about it, but the replies took way longer than I expected. Like, I’m absolutely sure I spent more time waiting than actually getting help. They did solve my issue, but the response time could definitely be much better.

I’ve ordered from Dermstore a handful of times now, and everything has seemed completely legit to me. The boxes looked normal, the little seals were still intact, and even the texture and scent matched the same products I’ve bought directly from the brands before.

My first thought was, okay, this is going to be annoying. Support did answer eventually, but I had to follow up twice before anything really moved. To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end, just not as quickly as I was hoping...

I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and the site just felt slow overall. Like, I’d click around and then get stuck waiting, then forget where I was trying to go. It’s not awful, but it feels clunky and a bit frustrating when you just want to get something done quickly.

I would say the prices are fair overall. Sometimes they are better than other places, but they are not always the cheapest.
